Don’t trust them. Would give zero stars if program let me. Look at BBB reviews if you don’t believe me.
They sold us a new rv that turned out to not be new. We took it in to be fixed and our personal items were stolen, including from inside the store area at the bottom where nobody needed to enter, someone had used the restroom, leaving the toilet filthy and the black water full, and more. They refused to take any responsibility when I complained. I tell everyone to go anywhere but here to purchase an rv or have it fixed. Don’t trust them! I wish I had looked at he Better Business Bureau reviews before I stepped foot on their property.

In over 21 years in business we have never been accused of selling used product as new. Thankfully, there are checks and balances with the state to prevent such things from happening. As to the purported thievery and use of your trailer's facilities, I cannot understand why someone would take your folding table yet nothing else and I cannot reason why anyone would choose to use your trailer's restroom when we have a very nice permanent building with running water and restrooms. Our employees are well paid and civilized. Our BBB is an A+ rating. If there are any issues you would prefer to discuss, we would welcome the opportunity to correct them.
