Aaron Elissa recommended these shoes for me and they are awesome. The company has been a breeze to interact with as well

Shoes are great. Customer service is unacceptably poor. Still waiting on refund for returned and unshipped items... yes, "unshipped." They billed me for it, but it never left their shop. Then, they told me they "processed" the refund, yet... um, no. No, they didn't. I'm watching my account and it's been a month. Nothing. Long wait times are one thing, but not responding and not dealing with this stuff is unacceptable. I'll never order direct from them again, and am going to the credit card company next to file charges with them.

Love the shoes bad purchasing experience, but your purchasing process is garbage. I have tried 5 times now and spoken to several customer service reps to try and purchase shoes from Canada (to be shipped to an American address) but you can't seem to figure out how to add a Canadian address in the billing information. I have also called my bank and added the American address as a secondary billing address, but it seems like all transactions are just taken by a computer and no one is able to vet transactions prior to canceling them.

Excellent products and user friendly website Lone Peak 3.5 trail running shoes are roomy, cushioned and have good traction.

Great new website update, fast and easy ordering! Best of all are the amazing shoes!

I love these shoe they have done everything advertised plus some. I love my lone peak mids I wear them every day for everything from working on the farm to hiking on the weekends. I just received a pair of times that I will keep looking nice to go to town. No other shoes I own are as comfortable.

I placed my order fast and easy! I thought I had been charged twice but when I got in contact with them they explained there’s a pending charge they place upon order but it will disappear. I can’t wait to get my shoes! I have they’re trail shoes and love them! I ran a 6mi race with them right out of the box and they were so comfortable!

Just ordered my 6th pair of Altra shoes, love this company and their product. Oh, and their customer service is outstanding !
