Aways polite and friendly service. I do like whats offered at Altra. The only negitive, would be the lack of in person bankin on the south or east side of Rochester.

Kwik Trip doesn't charge a fee to use its ATM, but Altra has to tack on a fee. That stinks. First of all, Altra's Onalaska location is terrible. Tricky to enter the lot and tricky to exit the lot because of traffic and the crazy way so many people drive. I asked for an ATM location at the Oak Forest location, but my request was ignored. So to circumvent Altra's lack of concern for me, I simply get $500 of 20s so I have a supply of change on hand. There are numerous financial institutions in the area and I'm shopping.

Charles, Thank you for this feedback. I wanted to ensure you knew how Altra ATM fees work. You do get 3 non-Altra ATM withdrawals free per month with your A+ Checking account. We will also refund up to $20 in fees each month if you meet the 4 monthly A+ requirements. I have not seen any Altra ATM fees on your account besides a balance inquiry fee at Kwik Trip in the last year. We do suggest checking your balance online or on our mobile app or skipping this screen to avoid this fee at non-Altra ATMs. Altra ATM's do have 4 denominations to choose from as well so you can get $100's instead of $20s if you'd like.
