I have been a 30 year Altra credit…
I have been a 30 year Altra credit union customer with boat loans, LOC, commercial loans, credit cards and 30 years of working with the credit union. I think it is pretty ridiculous that because I prefer a paper statement they want to charge me $3.00 per month. We will see if someone is empowered to fix this. I called to talk to an Altra associate about this, and during the call I got disconnected. When I called back and asked for the person I was talking to, I was told they just went to lunch. Who does that?....unless they really don't care about the customer.
