ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

Great and friendly handling of issues, even if u're far apart in another country

I had difficulty with ALT Fragrances’ online ordering form and ended up receiving a duplicate fragrance instead of the combination I intended to order. The items I received matched the receipt, but the issue was that the checkout process did not reflect what I meant to select. Customer service was frustrating. The responses were repetitive, unclear, and often seemed like template replies that did not fully address what I had already explained. After SIX emails, I was told I could exchange the unopened item, but only if I paid return shipping myself. While the fragrances may work for some people, this was a disappointing customer service experience, and the exchange process felt unnecessarily difficult.

They helped me with lost package and sent me a replacement I’m very satisfied with there purchase I’ll continue buying from them

ALT provides phenomenal scents in duplicate formulas to coveted fragrances that are just not affordable. I have tried a few ALT products and actually find I like them better than what they are duplicating. The prices are so generous in providing what one otherwise may not be able to enjoy. I have mini samples of original fragrances and when I test my husband for preference between ALT and the original, he has chosen ALT. Right now I am loving Halo Heat inspired by Tom Ford Soleil Blanc.

The timely order of products and the products themselves were great.

Absolutely love the products and the scents here! Extremely impressed with the Baccarat replica! Even after a wash I can still smell the fragrance on my garments! And the customer service I received was TOP NOTCH!

Great products. Fast delivery. One was broken in transit. Responded and replaced very quickly. Highly recommend

This my second time ordering from ALT. I love how good they smell. On my recent order and item was left out. An email was sent and just like that my missing item was already on its way with an apology email. My concern was heard and they had an immediate resolution. I love that
