ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

Excellent Products And Excellent Customer Service!!!

Do not buy from this horrible company. After months of waiting they sent me replacements scents and guess what no package! So I write to them to see if they can track package or file a claim. No response. I’m now out 114 dollars with only two scents that really aren’t remarkable. Buyer beware

I had an issue that was resolved in a way they went above and beyond to fix it and also provided me with a store credit. If you have any issues (mine I am sure is rare) reach out to their kind and friendly staff, just give them time to respond. They followed through and (again) went above and beyond!

I was really impressed with the way they handled the situation. They immediately emailed me back and took care of the issue. Great customer service.

I had a minor issue with one of the bottles. I contacted ALT and they remedied it right away.

Having an ALT store near me made it easy to choose fragrances. Their return policy is FAR better than KLONW which I tried and will not purchase again. Store personnel were extremely usefull. The fragrance is far superior to KLONE and I will stop using KLONE and instead use ALT exclusively.

Great customer service . Good quality products .

I placed an order and there was a slight mix up but the matter was quickly resolved and I am satisfied with the results.
