I never received the perfume, Alt Crystal 23. There is no phone number to resolve the issue. I emailed back and forth several times and the customer service representative said they would mail a replacement. They never sent a replacement, no supporting tracking number to confirm a replacement was even sent, so that was a lie. I requested a refund of my bottle of perfume with the shipping fee I paid, and that was ignored. Now they do not respond to my emails at all. I was totally ripped off.

This company is an absolute joke. They have no customer service phone number, so you have to go back-and-forth with somebody through email and they take two and three days in between each email to respond to you. They don’t honor the discounts that are given when it takes them forever to respond, and then they claim they’re going to give you a discount to use on a future purchase, but they never do. It should be a red flag for everybody to deal with a company that doesn’t have real Customer Service! RUN!!!

They advertise their product extensively on the internet and through pushing message on your phone. Some of the perfumes are close to original perfumes and some are not. They tell you that shipping is 3-7 days but in reality they have no clue when will it be shipped and when you are going to receive it. I have ordered perfumes during Black Friday and it supposed to delivered with in 7 business days. but 5 business days later they had no clue when would be shipped. So I gave him additional 7 days to ship with a note if can't cancel my order. It didn't take more than few minutes to cancel my order. It seems that they were not going to deliver it not even on or after 14 business days. Customer service seems don't care to retain customers. I have created an urgency for them and they cancelled my order. I send a message to reinstate but it was cancelled permanently with all the black Friday discounts gone. so basically in order get same order placed, I had to cough up another $75 and wait another 14 business plus to receive my order. I asked them to remove me from their email list. I don't business with people have sense of customer service.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the recent order I received. Upon opening the package, I discovered that one bottle (Executive No. 26) was broken and completely leaked damaging order paper in the box. I am attaching photos for your reference. Furthermore, I noticed that I received multiple units of the same fragrance, 1) 2 bottles of Executive No 26 2) 2 bottles of Crystal No 23 3) 2 bottles of Farouche No 29 whereas my order included a variety of fragrances. This discrepancy is quite concerning! I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I'm a new customer and ordered Crystal No. 23 and the scent didn't fail me, it smell so goood. The issue was when I receive my order the perfume was leaking or the cap was not properly close and it was all over inside the box. So I emailed them then provide proof of what I got and they responded to me so quick and they offered to send me a new one for free. I'm giving a five star not just only because they gave me a free bottle (of course that's a huge plus lol) but it's how fast they responded to the issue. Their customer service is really amazing and very easy to communicate with. As they said first impression last and they gave me a great impression, so that being said I will definitely ordering again and would recommend them to my friends. Thank you!

I am beauty products lover since 2015 , I don’t even know how much money I spent on it 😃 I was really happy when my friend told me about ALT. Fragrances So many luxury brands, great price ( I don’t think you would find the same anywhere else) quality ( I order from this store about 2 years for now ) and service amazing When I had questions about products and my delivery, I was surprised how fast response I’ve received I become regular client and will continue to order from them !
