Recently purchased their version of Creed and it smells HORRIBLE! Not sure if it is a bad batch or what! I was so excited to try it when it came, but to my dismay when I sprayed it on it smelled like urine - I GAGGED! So disappointed.

No issues with customer service but the fragrance scent does not last. After spraying it on , I no longer smell it. It doesn’t even stick to my hair or clothes

I purchased a bundle pack of five and chose five different fragrances for friends and family for Christmas. I received other fragrances than the ones that I purchased. I wrote into the customer support email to inform them that I would need to receive a refund because it was too close to Christmas for exchange. The company refuses to give a refund, even though it’s their mistake in sending the wrong product. They only offer store credit or exchange meaning you have to trust them to send the correct products once again. I had no need to get anything else with them because I had to replace the gift with something else that I could get in the store, in time for Christmas. This was my first and last experience. They pulled the bait and switch and stole my money because I don’t want the crap that they sent. And the store credit is only a fraction of the original price you paid, so even if you use it, it doesn’t replace your order. On top of that if you choose the option to exchange, you have to pay out-of-pocket to send it back. Total rip off. The store credit that I was forced to take, would only purchase 3 of the 5 bottles, and I would have to still pay for added shipping. And all of this because the sent the WRONG product. But I will be reporting them so that everyone knows their dishonest and sneaky business practices.

AVOID THIS RUBBISH Bottle arrived with lid loose and contents leaked. Contents smelled like fly spray. Absolutely disgusting smell that I would not want to be in a room with. Return policy - they will give you 50% refund or send replacement if you prove leakage in transit. 50% refund for goods unfit for purpose is illegal in my country and I strongly suspect in theirs.

My shopping experience with ALT Fragrances, specifically Order #ALT1014783, has been disappointingly unsatisfactory. I placed my order on November 19th, and as of December 20th, the items have still not reached me. Tracking the order revealed that it never left the warehouse, despite the tracking number provided. Frustrated with the delay, I reached out to customer service after Thanksgiving and again in the first week of December. Despite my attempts to address the issue, the customer service experience has been lackluster, and it appears that they do not prioritize or care about resolving customer concerns. After persistent communication, I was able to get them to place another order. Unfortunately, this delay means that the items, intended as a Christmas gift, may not arrive on time. Given the lack of transparency in the order fulfillment process and the apparent indifference of the customer service team, I would advise others to avoid this retailer. As of now, I have yet to receive any fragrances at my doorstep, and the overall experience has left a negative impression.

Scam! Neha Pathak who I was going back and forth in my email regarding my package that never arrived. I asked for a full refund but Neha stated that they can only do store credit which is another work around to locked in customers or they could just send another replacement. After that, no further emails from them. Im surprised there’s no lawsuit against this company! Do not buy any product from this company!

I would leave zero stars if I could. For starters the Executive cologne they claim is an exact copy of Creed Aventus smells like kitty litter. I was mortified as these were bought as gifts for clients who I thought would enjoy it. Luckily they are friends who had a great attitude about it. OK moving on, I requested a refund and they only want to give me a store credit. I explained to them that I already bought a 6oz bottle of cologne from Macy's which will last me a year and the other reviews I've read about their other products are terrible so I insited on a full refund. They refused and I've protested the charge on my credit card. I suggest that yoy DO NOT buy their products! Read reviews on other sites besides theirs!

Afte constant STOP requests, and even emails to the customer support team this brand refuses to take me off their SMS marketing list. Horrible experience, will not buy from this brand and will be reporting them for misuse of user data.
