AVOID! My experience with this company was appalling. They sold me a purported Gucci Bloom variant that reeked. It smells like an old lady scent, heavily laden with lilac, bearing little resemblance to the authentic Gucci Bloom scent or body spray. I have the authentic Gucci Bloom fragrance and body spray, so I know what it's supposed to smell like. When I reached out for a return, they agreed to an exchange; however, they insisted I cover the return shipping costs. It's unreasonable to expect customers to pay for flawed products. Do yourself a favor and purchase genuine fragrances from trustworthy sources during Christmas and Mother's Day at excellent prices. It might cost a bit more, but you will receive a fragrance that smells exactly as it should. I am sharing my experience with this company and their fragrance with every woman I know." The cost of shipping for an exchange of a different fragrance was $6.95. While the amount is not significant, it's the principle of customer treatment that is concerning. They should have willingly accepted the return without imposing shipping costs. My issue was not with disliking the fragrance; rather, it had a defective scent that was unwearable. Unfortunately, this fragrance does not even suffice as a decent room spray, leaving me at a loss of $56.00. A lesson has been learned. I hope the negative publicity is worth the $6.95 you chose not to waive for the exchange of another fragrance.

I was interested in the products and subscribed to the newsletter/text message option to obtain a discount code - but they continuously spam you in both media forms endlessly for weeks and weeks on end. I have unsubscribed to the emails but the text message will not work (replying ‘STOP’). I have emailed their customer service team and they confirmed it has stopped, until I got ANOTHER text again today. This is just ridiculous why do you have to badger people in order to get sales? Surely your products don’t speak for themselves. I feel like I’m being stalked by a crazy ex!! This has completely put me off from every purchasing from this brand. Go elsewhere.

Placed over 5 order with ALT. Never had any issues with this company. I love their fragrances because it gives me the opportunity to see how I like the fragrance before purchasing the real thing. ALT doesn't last nearly as long but the smell is normally spot on. Great as a layering cologne or testing

I have ordered 3 times from ALT all 3 times packaging and bottles are poor quality and leaking. My last order one of my perfumes was basically empty cause it leaked. I have emailed ALT 3 times about the issue, contacted them via instagram and Facebook. No reply what so ever. Waste of money and no customer service whatsoever. What a terrible experience. Thankfully there are other alternatives out there. Definitely won’t recommend ALT

I made the mistake of ordering from ALT before checking their reputation. I ordered their Crystal 23 and did not care for the scent. I returned the Crystal 23 and ordered an exchange of Simply Santal. Not only did it take weeks and a bunch of emails to get them to honor their exchange policy, the Simply Santal doesn’t smell like ANYTHING!! If I had to describe the scent, it vaguely smells like the lumber department of Home Depot. It’s a good thing I can barely smell it. I’m not even going to bother with an exchange. They charge ten bucks delivery for a bubble wrap envelope and shipping via DHL. The perfume bottle leaks when you spray it. The scent is supposed to be sandalwood based. It smells barely like freshly cut pine. TL;DR? — ALT perfume sucks and so does their customer service. I threw away 40 bucks, don’t make the same mistake. This company shouldn’t even be in business, horrible practices, horrible product.

The order was hipped out promptly and the packaging was secure. The items I ordered were not damaged in any way when I got them in my mail box. That is why I gave ALT 2 stars. As for the smell of the two fragrances I ordered,Oh my LORD! I would never order from them again. The smell of Chrystal and Chrystal intense (which I ordered by mistake when trying to just get the plain Chrystal) was absolutely horrible. I immediately threw Chrystal Intense in the trash can. I am going to try and wear Chrystal, but I see myself washing it off about half way through the day. These seem like very cheap knock offs like you might find in Wal Mart. Do Not Waste your money!

BUYER BEWARE!! This company has shady business practices. I was excited to receive my first order until they charged me for a duplicate order that I never placed or received. There is no customer service to resolve this issue outside of email - this occurred in October and I've been getting the run around since. They stole $163.18 and will not refund my money or at the very least fulfill the order I've paid for.

This isn’t about the product but you are lucky if you ever get your order!!!! I’ve had 3 failed delivery attempts. Like the package never arrived but the tracking will say it’s been delivered. It’s been 2 months since I placed my order. Many emails back and forth but customer service is THE WORST. At this point I just want my money back as I’m never going to receive my package but they won’t address this and insist on using the same delivery company to place yet another order which never delivers! They are so unprofessional and it’s ridiculous.
