Customer Service department is outstanding I emailed on a Sunday and got same day response. Also w/confirmation of shipping out a new product because original was damaged. Was quite satisfied with Lucas!

The experience was great. Even with a little hiccup in the process. The support team handled it extremely fast and made sure I was comfortable with the resolution. VERY Pleased customer!!

This was my first time purchasing from this seller. The cologne we ordered was the dupe for creed and it smelled amazing! I received my bottle and it came leaked in the box and packaging. I contacted them and their customer support was amazing and they replied to me in the same day. They offered me a replacement bottle which im patiently waiting to receive. I would definitely order from them again due to their great service and their cooperation in trying to replace my leaked bottle without me asking them to.

Great fragrances and quick shipping, but what absolutely blew me out of the water was their customer service!!! Some of the fragrance leaked out during shipping and they sent me an entire new bottle to make up for it. 10/10 would recommend!

And people have "STOPPED!?!" me in the street asking me what am I wearing, and I smile and keep it pushing because most of the time I'm with my wife and she's not at all happy with the attention. But she knows that I'm with her and know other and that gets me out of those odd conversations. And you can bet that I'll be reordering in the future....(WITH AN UPSET WIFE!?!)...(Hee Hee)

These colognes are amazing. They are spot on as compared to higher dollar colognes. The customer service is awesome. Same day service for me.

The brand's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their responsive and helpful support team. Unfortunately, I had a bottle arrived damage but they replaced it immediately. Wish shipping was a bit faster.

My bottle came in damaged and customer service was fast and friendly. They had a replacement on its way to me before I even had a chance to respond to their email. From what I could smell of the perfume, it was as close to an exact dupe of the original as can be. It is slightly more musky on my skin, but I'll have to do a full review once my new bottle comes in. I was only able to smell the perfume on my hands due to the broken bottle so it's possible that the scent was mixing with my hand soap/lotion.
