Great scents and good customer service! I ordered 3 mystery scents from them and they're all incredible. One actually came in with the lid a bit loose and it leaked a bit in the package, not enough for me to be concerned though. But, ALT. Fragrances actually reached out proactively to me a few weeks after my order arrived to make sure I was happy with my order. I didn't expect them to replace anything, but they just asked for a picture of the bottle that had the leak and then they promptly sent me a replacement bottle, even though I definitely didn't expect it. That's great customer service that makes me want to order from them again!

I orderd some frangrances. Though I received a message that my package was delivered, itwas not delivered. I contacted them about this and they let me know the carriers would do that sometimes and just to wait for 2 days. Customer services were friendly and offered to send me the same order again if it was not deliverd in 2 days. I eventually got it in 2 days. The Frangrances were good and lasted about 8+ hours on me. Prices are affordable. My favorite was Tender Fluency Gold. Kinda has some notes from Gentle Fluidity gold but does not feel like a dupe. Same for Fleur Noir (black opium) and Cherry Smash( Lost Cherry). Let is sit on your skin for a couple of minutes so it can settle. The perfumes have good projection!!

I have purchased several perfumes from ALT. The scents are true duplicates of designer fragrances for a fraction of the cost. I have been pleasantly surprised with the staying power of the scents that I have purchased. I have had two times where a portion of the perfume had spilled out during transit, however, I received a replacement in one instance and a full refund in another instance from ALT. Their customer service is attentive and one of the best that I have had experience with. They want you to be satisfied with your purchases and are very friendly. I will continue to be a repeat customer of ALT. Fragrances!

So far these dupes have been just as good as the originals, maybe even better! :) With cleaner ingredients! I have 3 bottles so far and all of them are wonderful scents. Plus you can’t beat the prices.

I’m new with ALT fragrance, my order arrived today. One of my bottles was something I didn’t order. Their customer service is amazing they quickly issued a separate order to get my bottle. I ordered the Mother's Day Bundle. They smell so good. Duchess, Crystal 23, and Mistress. I stream of Mistress I received Fleur Niore. However the whole experience with ALT is amazing. I’m ordering more.

These guys are great! I was spending WAAAAY too much on cologne before I got into the ALT Game! These dupes are the real deal! Very impressed.

Bought the product and it came in damaged and leaking. When I contacted customer support they sent me out a new one. Overall smell is good. Will be looking to purchase more soon.
