Due to shipping some of my perfume leaked out. I contacted ALT and received immediate response back! They helped me and responded with such great excellence! I had an AMAZING experience and I will return to purchase more products from them; also refer them to everyone I know!

I had a difficult time checking out through Facebook and Instagram with a bundle using a discount code. I opened in chrome and was able to check out, but it was a struggle and almost kept me from completing the purchase. I gave feedback when I received an email about my order, and was given a discount off a future order for my trouble. I've already ordered twice more since then. Great products, and I'm grateful that they take feedback seriously, and that they solicit it regularly.
