I blind ordered 8 bottles of perfume. One of the bottles wasn't screwed closed and all of it leaked out. It just happened to be a gift for my sister. I contacted A.L.T to notify them. They apologized, asked fir a picture of the bottle and committed to replacing it. I haven't received the replacement yet but I see that a replacement order so I know that it's on the way. Thank you, A.L.T. for being so pleasant and for replacing my purchase.

I loved the fragrances I got from ATL. The Santal 33 original and the ATL version are exactly the same. I know because I have both of them now. So no brainer: :$275 against $56 for the almost double of the size with ATL. Just received my Creed last night. Wearing now and already getting compliments. Buy with confidence. No need to save your perfume or cologne for special occasions anymore. You can wear every day now.

Ordered the cherry bomb 🍒 and mystery fragrance to test it out when my package arrived I was a little disappointed that they had forgotten to add the mystery fragrance but I tried the cherry bomb and I gotta say it smells amazing and lasts so long I did end up getting a reply from support and they where very understanding and sent me a replacement for the missing fragrance honestly 5/5 stars for the cologne and 5/5 for customer support

This company provides a great product at a reasonable price and if ever you have issues with products during shipping or anything they're very quick to help you out! Five stars! Highly recommended!

I was ready to send back my first order from them, because some of the boxes were opened and leaked but they immediately responded back to my email and replace the ones that were opened.

As a first time buyer, you want a great experience to become a repeat buyer. I have ummed and ahhed about buying from ALT for about 12 months and I finally bit the bullet and ordered the $99 pack, with a free mystery fragrance. The mystery fragrance I received is typically not my type of fragrance but I've fallen in love with it already! Unfortunately, it was only half full when I received it though as the lid was not on properly, so it had leaked through the package. All 3 of the other bottles were intact but the boxes were ruined. I jumped on to customer service to let them know (it's an error, this happens, it's just life!) and they were very, very quick to respond, sending apologies and notifying me they had despatched a replacement. This isn't actually what I expected however, the experience will make me a return customer. Now, to the scents, the mystery fragrance was Boquet Breeze - AMAZING! Lasts all day on my skin. I have no idea what the original smells like, so can't compare. The 3 pack I chose were dupes of Baccarat Rouge, MFK 724 & Oud Satin Mood. The Baccarat is OK - lasts for a few hours and it's a scent I can get used to (I have other dupes of this scent that I prefer), The 724 dupe takes a bit of getting used to on my skin but when it dries down, I love it. The Oud Satin Mood is stunning! Lasts all day on my skin and I have received several compliments.
