I bough from ALT a fragrance called just Porto (Tom ford) omg is horrible not even close to the real one, don’t waste your money in this company, Parfums are horrible

I have bought the Crystal fragrance from ALT and it’s my absolute favorite. It smells great and ships fast. Even when I had a rare issue with shipping, they immediately fixed it. I’ll keep coming back to ALT.

Return customer here. Very happy with the quality of the fragrances. Issues with the bottles leaking are quickly resolved and replaced immediately. Customer service is fast and friendly. Highly recommended and will continue to purchase.

Such a scam - they advertise smells like Creed but when they sent it, my sons and I who all wear Creed not only agreed it was nothing like creed, but also as weak as fish water and lasted ten minutes. When I asked to return it they said we don’t accept returns (probably because everyone wants to) but can pay extra and exchange it for another of their fake products, which they most like lied about as with their Creed advert all over Facebook.

Had a snafu with shipping, and AltFragrances remedied the problem quickly. Excellent customer service, can't wait to try the colognes out.

Unfortunately, my perfume arrived leaking with damaged packaging, and I wrote customer service and provided photos. I was prepared for a “sorry about your bad luck” email response in a few days BUT was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from customer service rep Lucas almost immediately! Lucas was kind and understanding and took care of my issue right away without me having to argue. They did not make excuses, but apologized instead, I really appreciate the integrity of this company. A rare class act in 2024! I will be placing another order soon-with 100% confidence.
