I was heading home from Miami Dolphins Taining Camp and my GPS took me east on Sample Rd. I knew Alt was at Powerline so I just wanted to stop in and smell Daytime Drift. The young man who was up front helped me and he knew so much about the products and smells, that he convinced me to get a 3 for $99 deal rather than just sample a scent. Best decision, I love all 3 I got. I wish I knew his name to get him some credit, but my experience was 10 out of 10 thanks to him.

Cologne leaked out some during shipping because the lid was not closed completely. Contacted support and included photos and received an email stating they would be sending another bottle to me. Excellent customer support and my husband really likes it because it smells so much like Creed for a lot less!!

Hello ALT . Just dropping a review on my second order. I’m really happy with the Crystal 23. I got the Baccarat for my wife & really wanted to see how your offering compared. The Baccarat was just about the best scent I’ve experienced. I’ll say I will not buy Baccarat again but look forward to keeping the Crystal in our collection. What you guys are doing is impressive. To my nose at least, there is no difference. I don’t have any criticism because nothing went wrong with the order & the product itself is excellent. Thanks. You have permanent customer & I look forward to sampling your other products.

Great customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are 100 percent happy with your purchase. They have a customer for life. I'm very big on customer service. You can have the best product but if your customer service is horrible. I would never shop with the company again. They great product and great customer service. I would rate ten stars if I could.

On 8/2/24, I ordered the wrong ALT. I thought the fragrance was for women, but it was for men. I immediately contacted Customer Service via their website and explained my error. Within one hour, I received notification that the order had been canceled and a refund would be issued. Within a few hours, the refund was returned. Definitely a 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Company with impeccable customer service 👌 . (By the way, I am purchasing a fragrance for women🥰.) Any ALT fragrance for women recommendations from current and/or previous users?
