I’ve ordered two times and my third order was really bad the crystal 23 perfume was leaking when I opened the box , I’ve tried emailing them and it says cannot send mail. They apparently don’t have a working phone number , so I mailed it back with a note. When I sprayed the pump once it immediately started burning my nostrils and hands , I began washing quickly , it had a strong alcohol smell but it didn’t smell like any cologne was in it. , it’s been 2 weeks and there’s been not a response from them , my order was 49.00 dollars. , I hope they will reach out soon I’d like my order replaced, Sheila Dobelbower

I never received my order even though the tracking said it was delivered. I messaged alt and they responded right away and sent me out a new order. The prices at alt are great but even more important their customer service is top notch. I plan on making many more orders from alt!

Fast resolution and great customer service with issue; even going to send me a new bottle for the mistake. Will be leaving good reviews for the fragrance as well when it comes.
