Wasn't happy with cologne. They were nice...I have mailed it back for a credit to try another fragrance.

I had an issue with my order and they reshipped my order right away. They even answered my email within just a few hours. Best customer service ever! I've been ordering several of their fragrances for myself and my husband and they all smell exactly like the real stuff. I am so happy with this product and company!

Bottle was delivered leaking and Alt is shipping me another with only a picture as proof. Great Company. However, I also purchased the Mystery bottle and received the same sent I already had gotten as a mystery sent in the past? Love that to change.

I love my new scent! I was a bit sad when the atomizer stopped working before I ran out of perfume, but knew I was going to order another bottle anyways. After I ordered, I received an email from the ALT team asking if there's anything they can do better, and when I mentioned the atomizer, they immediately shipped out a new one. Sometimes it's the little things. Super impressed!

THIS COMPANY IS AN SCAM, BE AWARE, I RECEIVED A PERFUME BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER, AND I RETURNED FEW DAYS LATER, DUE TO ALLERGY, I WAS SENT A RETURNING LABEL, WHEN I TRIED TO REACH BACK, ALT PERFUMES WAS SAYING THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVED MY EMAIL AND IT WAS RETURNED BACK TO THE SENDER, NOW THE POSTAL OFFICE SHOW THAT IT WAS IN TRANSIT and I BOUGHT IT Thru Klarna, now someone in Alt fragrance team received the order knew what it was, and returned the envelope back to me without the product, etc Just because they want Klarna to pay for it and kept the product, does anyone have the General Attorney information, for this fraudulent company.

terrible smell. Gave me a severe headache. Do not recommend.
