ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

This company is the biggest scam out there, they have absolutely no brain customer service, and do not help in the least bit. Purchased one of their 3 pack fragrances on the 20th of September still have not received it. Contact what is supposed to be be customer service and all they say is wait it will show up, most ridicules answer from them. DO NOT ever deal with this company, all the 5 star revues are fake just like the products they sell. Stay Away at all costs!!!

I made a purchase of the 3 for $99 fragrances. One of the fragrances immediately gave me allergies when I sprayed it & unfortunately I have nobody to gift it to, so I took a long shot and decided to reach out to customer service to see if they could exchange it for me. Within a day of sending the email, I was reached out by Lucas who was extremely helpful & told me step by step what I had to go in order for me to exchange the product. The customer service experience was absolutely terrific! I'm one happy loyal customer!

I have bought many colognes and these Alt Fragrances are close if not exact to the original fragrancies. The customer service and support is very good. I will continue to purchase these products and recommend them to all.

When my order was shorted I was afraid it would be a big hassle with not being able to speak to someone personally, but I got a quick response with just a text from ALT . I love your fragrances and have been buying from your company for a year now never a problem ,Glad it was a quick fix . Thank you Sincerely Diane
