I have made numerous purchases so far. The product is fantastic and the scents are great. My only issue is that the customer service is only through email and VERY difficult to get a response. Other than that, the product is great.

I wear ALT fragrances every day and I have never not received a compliment or asked what I’m wearing. I recommend ALT to all of my coworkers and family. The scents are truly SO much alike the $$$$ brands. I recently had a perfume bottle come damaged, I reached out to support and received an email within a few hours with a replacement shipped so fast! They were prompt and very friendly

I recently ordered a bottle of Alt Agar Gold Parfum, and not only did the product arrive quickly, but the fragrance itself exceeded my expectations with its luxurious and long-lasting scent. Alt Fragrances truly delivers on quality! There was also a small mistake with my order, as I received two bottles instead of one. When I reached out to their customer service team, they were quick to respond and offered a seamless solution. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive and speaks volumes about their integrity as a company. I highly recommend Alt Fragrances for their outstanding products and customer service. Looking forward to trying more scents from their collection!

The post delivery support team was really responsive and quick, there were some leakage in the bottles and they sent replacement quick. Really happy with the service over all.

I love their products and had ordered some more. Unfortunately one of the bottles came open and half of the product was gone. I emailed them along with some pictures and less than 48 hours later they sent a new bottle to replace it. They were so attentive so kind so easy to work with. Their customer support service was absolutely amazing just like their products.

Just started purchasing from them, did so in Miami. Loved the prices and assistance they provided me in person. They even gifted me a handy travel size cologne spray. This month I placed an order online, received the order in a very timely fashion. However found a cologne had leak some, sent a picture and order number, not only received quick responses but they made certain I was totally satisfied. I’ll definitely continue doing business with them. The quality of the colognes have been nothing short of outstanding. Happy in Kansas!
