I have been using ALT Fragrance for over a year plus now and finally had the wrong order sent to me. Immediately after realizing it was the wrong order I emailed customer support and I must say the timely manner with the response was quickly and the issue and corrected order was handled immediately. I will continue using ALT Fragrance as I’m happy with how they handled the misunderstanding and getting customers taken care of. For a fragrance to truly make an impact, it needs to stay with you throughout the day, and unfortunately, ALT doesn't quite meet that mark. If you're someone who values long-lasting fragrance, you might want to consider investing in higher-end options like Dior or YSL. They not only last longer but also offer a more refined scent experience.

I have been ordering from ALT for a couple years. I think the fragrances are the best inspired-by dupes on the market. My last order was for two new fragrances. When the package arrived one of them was correct and the other one wasn't. I notified ALT by email and within 24 hours they advised me that they were sending out the correct fragrance that was missing from my order. Great customer service and great fragrances! I was recently wearing their Crystal 23 and two women approached me and asked if I was wearing Baccarat Rouge 540!

The fragrances are amazing and the smell lasts so long! I showed them to my family members and now they want me to order for them. We love them!

When I received my order, one of the bottles Ieaked from the lid. I sent an email to Customer support, they responded right away and shipped me a new bottle. I will definitely buy again!

I am a new customer to ALT. Fragrances and so far I love my items. A huge factor for me choosing to order with them was the fact that the products are cruelty free. I ordered the sample packs so I could try out multiple scents before buying the larger sizes. They all smell amazing! I did order a 60ML Splish and it wasn’t included with my package when I received it. So I emailed customer support and they quickly apologized and shipped my missing item the next morning! So far, a great experience!

I am IN LOVE with the Crystal No. 23 fragrance from ALT! I know it sounds weird to buy a fragrance without smelling it first, but it is SO pretty! You won’t be disappointed. I wear it everyday now, and got compliments, too!
