Had minor issue with an order and they went above and beyond to correct it. Customer for life.

I ordered the Novel scent (inspired by Replica's Whispers in the Library). I have yet to test it for wearability/longevity, but upon first spray this smells almost IDENTICAL to the Replica. You get a good amount for what you pay product-wise. I did have the misfortune of receiving the bottle partly empty, as about a quarter of it had leaked out in transit. I sent a message to customer support, and I heard back within 2 days. They were super kind and apologetic, and immediately sent me a replacement bottle for no charge. 10/10 for ALT fragrances for both products and customer service!

I have been using Alt. for the last four years and have always had a wonderful experience. I became a fan of Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry years ago but at nearly $400 a bottle, I needed an alternative. Cherry Smash is the best alternative I’ve come across and I’m not kidding, I get complimented every single time I wear it. This company is totally reliable and has great customer service. I’ll be using them for years to come.

I was very pleased with my customer service experience.

I purchased 12 fragrances from Alt in two separate orders, so far. They arrived within a week. The first order had a few we did not like, but I am waiting on a response for my return/exchange. It's been about 2 weeks since I returned the fragrances. In the second order, all six fragrances were great! My overall experience with the company has been very good. The customer service is has timely responses (other than my return order) and the perfumes are well done. I am not familiar with most of the expensive designer fragrances to compare ALT brand, but they do smell great and seem to be great quality. The site says the are vegan, natural, and made of clean ingredients, but I can not find anything proving they a phthalate-free (if this concerns anyone). It would make me feel more comfortable knowing this were the case.
