ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

These guys have the best customer service after the sell & their fragrances are amazing!

Highly recommend this company. Quality products that last all day long.. Customer service could not be more helpful I will continue to make purchases with this company!! Love the products, the customer service & price!

I ordered 3 fragrances and absolutely love all of them! Costumer service was very attentive and fast which i appreciated. The fragrance crystal, liberty, and lamoure were beautiful! Definitely purchasing more fragrance and looking forward to it.

First, the product is great and while I don’t have the product they are “inspired” by, the smell is fantastic and in my experience lasts most of the day. Second, customer service was outstanding. I had a bottle leak during delivery and their response was quick and communications were respectful. I plan on buying more in the future!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered three bottles of perfume from them and one of the bottles was not full and already leaking when it arrived. I contacted ALT customer service four times regarding it and still have not heard from anyone on how to get a replacement. Even worse they expect you to pay for return shipping when it is their fault the item is faulty. I would never or recommend this terrible company. A first impression is a lasting one. No more money from me.

Rather new to actually purchasing fragrances and found that the ALT. Fragrances are a great option and are quality. I purchased my second set of fragrances as travel bottles (1oz) and one was leaking when it arrived. Immediately (literally minutes within hitting the send button) they were shipping a replacement bottle free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience. Great product, superior service, and will be a customer for life!

I recently purchased a selection of perfumes that are remarkably similar to the originals. The scents are truly amazing! Unfortunately, one of the bottles arrived damaged. I contacted customer service, and within an hour, they apologized and promptly sent a replacement. Their exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor have ensured my loyalty - I will definitely continue to shop with them.

Great fragrances and the customer service is A1. I ordered 5 and received a free one. Sadly during shipping one of my fragrances spilled so I contacted support and they re-sent the one that spilled immediately. I am very happy with the products as well as the treatment i will absolutely keep being an ALTFRAGRANCES customer for years to come.
