Customer service is awesome! Shipping is good. I've had an issue with shipping and ALT fixed it right away. I've ordered at least 10 different fragrances and they have all been amazing. This company isndoing everything right. If I could make one suggestion it would be to make a version of Cherry Oud PLEASE!!!!!

Never even shipped the order. Offered excuse after excuse, finally blaming UPS when I can see that UPS never got the package. Horrible company running a scam. Have to go through my credit card company for a charge back because they refuse to rectify the situation or take responsibility. Update... Package showed up finally via USPS with postage due!!! You can't make this stuff up. Stay away from this shady company!

Receiving the product, I had an allergic response to the scent and requested return for reimbursement. My request was responded to immediately & return label sent. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism of this company.

I had an issue with the atomizer and they responded quickly with a replacement.
