They use dangerous chemical synthetic compounds to create their perfumes, which can cause severe allergic reaction to lungs and severe headaches, please don't fall trap for all the fake reviews and fake PR they do, there is no return policy, they give you store credit which cannot be used anywhere other than their site

I had previously ordered some cologne for my brother and my husband on this site and they both loved it. I had never ordered for myself until earlier this week. My bottle of Crystal arrived within three or four days, and I could smell the wonderful fragrance through the envelope. Unfortunately, this was because the bottle had spilled and most of the perfume evaporated. I emailed the company with pictures and within an hour I got a response, informing me that a replacement bottle was on its way to me. I will continue to buy from Alt fragrances, not only because their products are great, but also because of the great customer service.

I’m not even sure where to begin with this review. I ordered, hoping that the fragrances were close enough to the originals, and they far exceeded any expectations I had. Generous sized products that smell fantastic. I challenge anyone to tell the difference between the original and these versions. I also need to give recognition to ALT’s customer service team. When I received my order, one of the bottles had leaked and some product was missing. This was entirely due to the fact that I live in the northeast in some of the most frigid temperatures we’ve had in a long time. I contacted customer service and literally within about 10 minutes, they responded saying they were replacing the bottle that leaked at no charge. What other company responds that quickly or efficiently? I will definitely be a repeat customer. Five stars!!

They have brilliant fragrances for everyone . I bought 2 and planning to buy more . Apart from that their customer service is upto the mark . Mistakenly they sent be wrong fragrance and when i told them they compensated me for new one right away . Must buy
