I just received my first order of Alt., contrary to reviews, this is a very strong obnoxious fragrance and for RETURNS, the policy is only “store credit”. I have inquired if there is anything “in store” that is NOT a fragrance. Buyer beware!

Our entire family loves the scents we ordered. On a re-order a bottle leaked and I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and sent us a new bottle right away. Customer service is great with ALT. Fragrances which is refreshing as well as their scents!

Let me start by saying I now have 6 ALT fragrances, all of which smell very close to the originals if not almost identical! Like 95% match kinda thing. I’ll be buying more for myself and as gifts because they’re great scents for a great price. I reached out to their support as my recent delivery arrived with one bottle opened and a good chunk of the perfume spilled out. I sent an email with photos and received a response within the hour. They had already sent out a replacement bottle and apologized, explaining that it can sometimes be the change of weather. The quickness of the response and taking care of my issue so efficiently will have me coming back to ALT fragrances for sure.
