I placed an order and received my items late. I was expecting it so I didn't mind. However two of the bottles were leaking inside the shipping box (only 30% of Scent remain. Upon further inspection, It revealed that the caps on two bottles were lose. It seems that if you don't buy extra insurance, they ships scents with lose caps so next time you are forced to purchase shipping insurance that I believe should have been included for no extra charge. I asked for replacement but instead I was forced to waste more time in email correspondences> I ate my losses and removed this company from the list of companies that I do a business with.

I made a little mistake and realized it AFTER I placed my order. I used the Support@ address, and they got back to me with resolution within ten minutes! So not only great fragrances, but great customer service to back it up, if necessary.

I requested an adjustment to my bill since two days after I purchased two fragrances there was a sale. The representative that responded to my request immediately refunded me 20 percent and made sure that I was satisfied with the resolution! I would do business with this company again in a heartbeat.

Had a small issue and they resolved it very quickly. Great product too!

My email was answered immediately, My granddaughter had made a purchase without my permission and I emailed the company and they cancelled it right away. I will probably order the perfume for her once she is off punishment, just because the company was so polite by cancelling the order without incident.

I was unsure about the request but am absolutely grateful for their generosity and keeping their word. Definitely a trustworthy company whom I recommend and look forward to additional purchases

I absolutely enjoy wearing your perfume. I am so pleased with your quality of the products. Wish there were more opportunities for better sales.

First time purchasing from Alt. Wanna grab my package it smelled wonderfully. Couldn’t wait to wear one of the colognes I had ordered. I did have a issue to contact customer service and they were great. They were on top of everything and help me with my order. Will highly recommend 10 out of 10.
