Alternativepods.comReviews of alternativepods.com

First order with alternative pods and I ordered 10 1500 puff pens. 11th was free. They only sent me six pens then refused to refund me. I out over 100k per year in that Amex, I would never dispute a petty charge if it was legit. But I had no choice but to call Amex and do a partial charge back. The customer service rep I was emailing spoke broken English and original language is Russian. DO NOT TRUST ALTERNATIVE PODS!!

The 1st order I did with alternative pods took around 3 weeks to deliver and I was quite disappointed with the whole ordeal. I did give them another chance and ordered again and had my order in 3 days. Their pricing is very reasonable and of all the disposable vapes I ordered I never had a problem with any of them. I will give them all of my business with no worries.

I’ve been ordering from this company for well over a year now and have had nothing but the best pricing anywhere on the internet or brick & mortar, the fastest shipping time even during the height of Covid and the quickest response time from the owners if I have had any questions at all. I would highly recommend using them for any of ur vaping needs! Plus if u order 10 items you get one free. You just can’t beat that!

Went to place an order that was 203.85 in total my card was declined twice for accidentally putting in the wrong billing address, once I caught it i tried two more time and both times was declined also so I ended up just using a different card to place the order. A couple hours later when i checked my account to see why my card was decling alternative pods had 4 holds for the order amount, over 800.00! I contacted them via text which to me is unprofessional but i recieved a text back the next day and long story short after the first text you wont hear back from them , they have not resolved this issue, and i guess ill just have to wait and see and pay 50.00 for overdraft charges. My bank tells me that 2 out of the four transactions were authorized even though it told me on the website it was declined all four times. I will never ever do business with them again! It would be nice to have a number to call and actually talk to someone in customer service. I cant share screen shots of my conversation with whoever they have responding to their text messages but i copied the responses that I got from them below just so everyone can see how truly unprofessional this company is. Listen. We are not the ones who holds your money. I told you the issue. We don't have the right to hold the money or out bank.Your bank placed on hold since you used wrong informationIs that hard to understand?? I told you from the begging what is the issue. unprofessional? Because you can't understand simple things?and of course is our fault. Report and you will see what will happen. I`ll tell you: NOTHING Do charge back if you can?

the best or nothing 1. fast shipping 2. best prices on market at this moment 3. a huge gallery of flavors 4. quality above exceptional and the list can go on and on Definitely recommended to my friend and not only ps: bad reviews are for sure from concurrents!!! nothing bad doesn’t match with the quality and fast shipping from this company!

Great service! Got all my stuff for a good price!

Great vape company. I’ve been ordering from them for over 8 months now and can’t be happier. All orders ship the same day and I’ve had a great experience with the customer service.

Great website so far! I got tired of smoke shops always running out the specific disposables I use. So, I went looking for a website and found this one. Great products in stock, fair pricing and timely delivery. No issues. Highly recommend.
