Best customer service experience-. Authentic products and quick shipping. I'm customer over 4 months and can't be happier.

They sent my $170.00 order to the wrong address. Claimed it was because I wrote in my city incorrectly when I used an address I use all the time. "Their shipping system" switched my street name and zip code to something else. They tried to tell me it was half my fault and only wanted to refund 50%. So now I'm going to contact my credit card and argue the charge. UPDATE...THEY JUST CONTACTED ME AND SAID THEY WILL BE POSTING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLINE IF I WRITE THIS REVIEW AND WON'T GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY FOR ANYTHING NOW. Hope none of you every had a problem with your product or their shipping mistakes because below is just a sample of the responses I got from "customer service" when I told them I expected a full refund or reshipment instead of the 50% they were "compromising" with because they were, according to them, "losing money" too. Look at these professional responses. BTW, they are making me dispute their employee error to get my money back. The customer service responses were as follows: And now you will not get 50% lol. I just read your review. No truth there. We have over 500 orders and you want us to check the address? Why 499 other had no issues but you had? You are cheap ass because you want us to loose 200$ Karma baby Completely unprofessional and does not care about customers at all.

Prices are good and shipping is ok but their customer service is horrible. They won't pick up or reply to my multiple email attempts. I have a tracker in my email so I know they read them but just ignore them. Some items are faulty and when I try to email to understand how the return process works and explain the issue, it gets ignored. When I initiates the return, I made a mistake. I tried reaching out to rectify but of course they won't reply. What's the point of a number and an email if you don't bother replying to your customers? And the 1 time you do, you ignore all questions and the main issue and just say "start the return process". Lastly, some items like I said did not work out of the box. Of course, not their fault but they should take responsibility as they are the sellers. I really hope my future orders don't get affected by this review.

So when Covid started I didn’t know what to do when my e-cigs. I’ve always been hesitant to buy online (what if it’s fake, product is not “real”, etc.) but since March 2020 I’ve been ordering with them and I’ve had a Awesome experience! Not only do the product arrive on time, they are cheaper than stores, and as an online smoke shop store they actually care about their customers. I had a question on my order, I texted them and had a response within 3 minutes! They were so kind, caring and explained the difference between the two products in detail. I definitely recommend buying from Alternative Pods. They actually care about their customers! :)

The puff bars from this seller are counterfeit. The puff bars come with an authentication code and when you enter it at puffbar.com it states that they are counterfeit. They all taste weird too

My experience with Alternativepods was by far an excellent one. The time and patience they spent with me answering any or all questions far exceeds any customer service I have received in some time.
