I’ve been buying from alternative pods off and on for years. Always great quality. In about 3 years only one thing I’ve ordered had problems and their customer service was stellar. Sam replied immediately and worked with me to resolve my issue and get another product out within 24hrs. Shoutout SAM! Thanks for your diligence and attention.

The customer service was outstanding! I placed an order and got assistance from a chat session with them. They quickly shipped the order but unfortunately UPS made a mistake, so it went to the wrong house which could be confirmed based on the picture they took of the package and house included. Well it was obvious that wasn’t my house. But through the virtual chat Alternative Pods has sent out a replacement order that will require signature. It took no long wait to get this done. I highly recommend Alternative Pods!

I love this company for many reasons. The pricing and selection can’t be beat! Not to mention the customer service! I had an issue with a device I purchased recently and I messaged their customer service and was greeting with the most helpful human named Sam. He was quick to respond and took care of the issue.
