Customer Service Disappointment
I have received a few defective disposable vapes a few orders ago. I have yet to get any assistance in solving the matter. I have contacted customer service 4x. I spent around $100-200 per month and its frustrating to not get good customer service. I also never get coupon codes or discounts. I get them all the time from other online vape companies that I don't even shop at.

I love ordering from Alternativepods
I love ordering from Alternativepods, they are fast and typically I have no issues with my orders. The last two times vapes have been missing or incorrect ones sent but they are quick to correct the problem with no hassle. Mistakes are made, we're all human and I appreciate them.
