Extremely strict and unfriendly return policy 2 weeks on tech products is ridiculously short and only applies if item breaks in 2 weeks not if you bought by mistake or fails any time after 2 weeks fast shipping but that doesn't make up for unfriendly overly restrictive return policy so will only buy here if absolutely necessary like a part i cant find elsewhere

Not only is the product 5 star (I have two), but I received email customer service even when out of warranty. One device had a setting revised (my own error somehow) and Altair spotted it immediately. I adjusted and all is working perfectly again.

I received the bitaxe in six business days. The service before the sale was efficient, I had my questions answered, so I paid the import fees and courier in advance when I bought it, I saved money and it arrived quickly. The product works well, volts at 1060, above that it gets hot, but it continues at the advertised speed. It came with the cover, although I didn't ask for it. I'm happy with the purchase, I hope it's my lucky bitaxe.
