I bought the BC04 mainly because i wanted to use ethernet but the setup turned into a complete headache. The connection kept failing, the OS was buggy and even after updating everything i still ended up using wifi instead. i spent almost 8 hours just trying to get a brand new miner working!!!! it finally hashes now but honestly i shouldnt have to fight with the software this much just to use a basic feature

This is the part that really annoyed me, the miner arrived not working properly so obviously I contacted them to return it. Then I find out I need to spend MORE MONEY just to get a return label??? I already paid for the miner and shipping and now because the product has a problem I have to pay again just to send it back, How is that fair??? A defective product shouldnt become another expense for the customer. Really disappointed with how the return was handled!!!

I bought a replacement part thinking it would work with my miner but nope... after trying everything i still couldnt get it working properly. Then i found out returning it would mean more fees and more hassle on my side. honestly thats the part that annoyed me most i already wasted time on something i couldnt use and now i have to spend even more just to send it back??? really frustrating purchase and definitely not what i expected

Parts sold at not compatible to the unit. Wasted money and time. They won't take back an item that is clearly faulty on their part for a full refund. The take out restocking fees, shipping, and return shipping. Lost money on their non- compatible product.

The part in question is a genuine Canaan power supply sourced directly from Canaan and is compatible with the unit. We understand you were still having issues and provided a solution. When you contacted us, we offered to start an RMA so the product could be returned and inspected. However, the RMA form was never completed and the item was never sent back to us. Without receiving the product for inspection, we are unable to verify a defect or process the return further. We always try to work with customers when there is an issue, but we do need the RMA process to be followed so we can properly evaluate the item. I bought an Bitmain Antminer S19K Pro miner from Altair a few weeks back. As I started mining the miner kept rebooting and it was useless . I contacted support to ask for a replacement and they told me that I should go through Bitmain directly. If you are selling this type of technology and you cannot stand behind it with a warranty and replacement strategy for your customers you should not be in this business. Stay away from buying miners from this vendor. Buy from vendors at Amazon instead: at least they offer replacement warranty.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your S19K Pro. We do want to clarify that Bitmain miners include a manufacturer warranty handled directly through Bitmain, which is standard practice across the ASIC mining industry. Because of this, warranty repairs and replacements are processed through Bitmain rather than through us directly. When you contacted us, our support team offered to help troubleshoot the issue and requested the miner’s full log file so we could better diagnose the rebooting problem. Unfortunately, the requested logs were never provided, and the troubleshooting assistance we offered was declined. Without those diagnostics, there was very little we could do to accurately identify the cause of the issue. We also provided guidance on the proper Bitmain warranty process so the issue could be addressed as quickly as possible. Bitmain does have authorized repair centers located within the United States, which helps avoid the need for customers to ship miners overseas for service. While we understand this may not have been the experience you expected, we were following Bitmains warranty procedure, which is used throughout the ASIC mining industry. We always strive to assist our customers with troubleshooting, setup support, and warranty guidance wherever possible. Received a defective urlacher kit. Wires were detached from kit thus causing kit not to work. Didn't seem like there is a quality control system in place before shipping out product to customers. Had to pay return shipping to pay them repair. No responsibility!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. All Urlachers and kits are tested before shipment, but occasionally damage can occur during transit or installation which is outside of our control. Once we received your kit, replaced it and sent it back to you right away so you could get back up and running. As stated in our warranty policy, customers cover return shipping while we cover shipping back after repair or replacement. We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly as possible.
