Ordered an instant hot water faucet to replace our broken one. The first faucet arrived damaged by usps. I called Carroll parts and Vic overnighted a replacement faucet. Really appreciated the prompt service and replacement. Would definitely purchase from this company again!

Totaled lied about delivery. Called Monday morning when they opened, and asked when I can expect to receive a part if it was ordered that morning. Rep told me that it should arrive in our area by Thursday or Friday, well it’s Saturday and it’s not here. Tracking number was only created at 6:56 pm CST. Part is not arriving until Monday. Wouldn’t believe anything they say.

The only place I could find the replacement part for my InSinkErator. Ordered and had it in 2 days. Perfect fit!
