Their attitude and return policy is poo, took six weeks to arrive, overheated out of box, told to send back and googled address at post office, sent to the address on website, one month later, turns out was refused and sent back to sender which is international ($60). Nose out of joint for me calling it junk and mocking their "legit seller" status. Gone silent since. Without a doubt the worst customer service EVER. Avoid like the plague, it was junk.

The person I spoke with was very helpful. He messaged me no matter what hour which I was happy with. I was afraid it would cost money to fix but I'm happy it didn't. Very good company and I will look to do business with in the future

Altair is a serious business with great customer service. They have a wide range of products to offer, from home mining hobbyists to industrial level products. I absolutely sure they treat their customers equally, regardless of purchase amount. Their response is very quick and professional. I live in the EU and was sent a product without an EU plug adapter. I raised the issue and the staff promptly responded with a discount coupon for my next purchase. A simple “sorry for the mistake”, would’ve been enough for me, but they went beyond that, with a very satisfying customer service. If you’re a first timer looking into mining, I highly recommend Altair, because I’m sure they will treat you properly and professionally even if you’re just a beginner. I’m sure the more experienced miners who do business with Altair will agree.

Shipping was fast (like 5 days). I'm in South America. If you have questions, they respond very quickly in their website chat. I didn't overclock it yet, as this invalids their 14 days warranty. The Gamma is running very smoothly. Even with the stock fan, its very silent. Running non-stop for about 5 days now. I'm thinking about ordering another one with these guys.
