Would give 0 stars if possible. They made shipping almost impossible, terrible customer support. I have ended up paying for shipping 3 times. Expecting it to be damaged as much as its been shipped around. Refused to give me a refund as well even when the miner was back in there possession because the UPS pickup store refused the package and sent it back to them. Will order from else where from now on.

Excellent experience! Item arrived as described. The website has great information for use and setup. Customer service is 5 star (Thank you Kevin). I had an issue and they got me up and running very quickly. I'll be buying from here again.

Product was delivered quickly and safely. Miner is running great. Had overheating issues at recommended settings requiring brief tweaking. Other than that I’d purchase another.

I first off would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Altair Tech and in particular Kevin for helping me out with the S19K Pro I purchased. When my miner arrived it had the latest 2024 stock firmware and in which, if you don't know and you're new to mining, this can be a major issue if you want to have certain Asic monitoring software. Unlike *cough* Luxor Technology, Kevin was incredibly helpful with explaining how to flash my firmware so I could use their overclocking/monitoring software. Thank you so much again Kevin!
