I have ordered twice from here after first receiving a dog mug as a gift and both times the process, service and product were exceptional!

Order was late; order was incorrectly made by the company. Would NOT use them again.

This purchase Was a gift and had the potential to be really amazing and special and unfortunately it Actually turned out to be a kind of embarrassing gift. I purchased this as an engagement gift for my best friend and I triple checked the spelling and placement of names before submitting my order. Well the mugs I ordered came with the name of the bride under the man and name of the groom under the woman. My friend said it didn’t matter and that they still loved them but I was extremely disappointed that they were not made the way a know I ordered them. I won’t be ordering anything from this company again.

Website was difficult to use the second time I ordered. I must say however, these make great, great gifts!

They messed up my design twice and refused a refund. Don't order from this company unless you are a graphic designer and trust what you create. Their "artists" don't seem to know what they are doing.

Literally the cutest product ever! It exceeded my expectations. It came out really good. Time of purchase to when I received the purchase was not too bad either. They emailed me with updates and it was really cool that they did that. Most companies don’t! Will be buying again ! It’s a perfect gift for animal lovers ❤️

It took forever. I got excuse after excuse. I did ask them to remove tails from Australian shepherds. They said that's why it was taking so long. So when I got it and they didn't take the tails off, I was not very happy. It took a month and their "artists" did absolutely no editing. They could have just sent me the proof I made. This business is headquartered less than 15 minutes from my house, and it took a MONTH.
