Over priced, bad customer service and would not honor a discount. Tried to contact CS 1 minute after placing the order to tell them that the discount they offer did not come off the price. CS did not get back to me until the item shipped then said they would not refund me the difference. There are alot of better options out there. Don't use this one.

The mug was ordered in early December and arrived Jan 7. Two of the dogs of the three on it are the wrong breed or color. Was to have gotten a digital copy of the art- never got that.

The design itself was cute, but there was a very annoying black line printed onto my mug on the side of the design which sticks out like a sore thumb on the white ceramic. I had to email weeks after I'd paid to get any tracking info, to which I'd received an automated response that said tracking info may even come after the item is delivered. My item was delivered later than what my tracking info stated, and I didn't receive my digital artwork...I had to email yet again to have it finally sent to me. I will not use LuluFam again, nor will I be recommending it to friends or family.

The mug I purchased with guaranteed delivery by Christmas arrived the first week in January. In addition, the custom product design requested was completely incorrect. Have attempted to email CS on multiple occasions and have received only one response to date which seems to be nothing more than a canned reply (which was received outside of the stated 36-48 hr response time stated).
