Bought it for my friend. She loves it, and it brings back so many good memories!

I love my mug! What a nice memory of Moo and Freddie. I miss them every day but now have this beautiful mug!

I’m writing this review due to the poor service I experienced from LuluFam. I ordered a sweatshirt back in July. I entered all the information I wanted on the sweatshirt. When it came the names of the dogs were mixed up and also the angel wings on the dogs were incorrect. I requested another sweatshirt for free. They gave me a 50% off code. I ordered another sweatshirt. To date I’ve received a Christmas ornament which I informed them of. They emailed and said they were going to send the sweatshirt. Today I received another small envelope from them. I’m not opening it. I’m returning it to them. Clearly it’s not a sweatshirt. The first sweatshirt was 49.00 and the second one was 28.00. I’ve given them enough chances to make this right. I’m going to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. I would caution anyone to be careful about ordering from LuluFam. They say they have high standards and artists work goes through quality control but don’t believe it.

I love it and beautiful work
