These folks are amazing! I've sent e-mails twice and have heard back the same day!! Their customer service is the best ever and I'm sold on the product as well. My little dog didn't take to the ramp right away and I was ready to send it back. They were great about it and offered an alternative. As it has turned out, my puppy now loves the ramp and I love these people!

These folks LOVE doggies! We're a family with a pack of three Icelandic Sheepdogs, and the water bowl had become a slop issue. Problem solved with this innovative product!

Great products -- I especially love their furry water-resistant throw blankets. Customer service is very responsive, too.

Alpha Paw made me appreciate small businesses. They were prompt with my order & the paw throw blanket is just what we needed to protect our bed linens. My dog loves the fact that she can snuggle in it, so it's a win-win. The quality of this blanket is excellent and I would not hesitate to order from Alpha Paw again.

Great experience with Alpha Paw, Inc. I sent them a picture of a cat for a pillow and turned our Fabulous. You also can select the background for the pillow.
