This was the third time I have ordered from Lulufam - 2 for coffee cups; 1 for the pillow, and I was more than saitisfied each and every time. They were all given as gifts, and the recipients were thrilled with theirs. Highly recommended for anyone who owns and loves their pets.

I selected a delivery method that would take 7-10 days to be delivered. It’s been over A MONTH and it hasn’t even shipped yet!!! When I asked to cancel the order since the recipient’s birthday was weeks ago they said there was nothing they could do. Wow... great customer service...

I ordered mugs and pillow back in November. My mugs arrived in January and the pillow was missing. I contacted them about the missing item and just asked for a refund as it was almost February and the pillow was supposed to be a Christmas present. They rushed to get it together and sent it for my approval. I declined the pillow and asked for a refund, but they shipped it anyway. They shipped it to the wrong address and I did everything I could including contacting the post office and I still don’t have my pillow. They are giving me every excuse in the book to not refund me. Terrible customer service and I will be sure to NEVER purchase from them again. Please don’t waste your money and support bad business.

I love the mug that I got. It’s quality and the concept really comforted me after the death of my dog. Customer service was great when I wanted to change to background of the design. Thumbs up! I want to get more in future as gifts.
