HOLY S**T... sometimes its just better to pay an extra $20. This company is hilarious. I ordered some patio furniture and waited 2-3 weeks for it to show up. Then only half the couches showed up (half the nuts and bolts) then I emailed them and they gave me some CRAZY excuse about fed ex policy is that they can only take one box at a time basically. Haha! Come on guys get it together. Just better to order thru somewhere else Ps: still waiting on the second box

I bought a table and chairs set over a month ago . The chairs arrived with no table . Customer service is no help and since part of the order came they are saying I received it. There is no tracking for the table although they can clear see the 4th piece with the tracking number was never picked up from them to be delivered. Now I need to fight payment but since I received part of the delivery they say it is my cost to return the chairs which are heavy and expensive. . I have written reviews in their website that all get taken down immediately. Worst company. Scam

Bought a pair of patio chairs and a small side stand/table. One of the bolts was cross threaded and would not work on the stand/table. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent the replacement kit. Their customer service team responded to every email and were very easy to work with though this issue. many thanks to all involved

Ordered a table and chair set. Only the table was shipped. When I made contact with the order number via text message, the issue was resolved within an hour. Great customer service, I will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent umbrella so far, I modified the base because the design was a little flawed. I cut a hole in plywood and put it down over the legs then added the sand bags. This puts all of the weight on the legs instead of just some of it. The coverage is amazing, the price cannot be beat and so far it has not fallen over in 2 bad storms. We are having a cover made for it so the sun won't bleach it out then it will be good to go!

They are lying when it comes to shipment (nothing after three weeks) and don’t answer to emails. I agree to the other reviews: don’t order here - worst Onlineshop experience for me in the US so far.

I have not received my chair and it has been a month. They are blaming I t on Fed Ex but they have not even received the package yet. They lie and are trying to keep my money. Stay away.
