I had a great experience with Alphamart. We recently moved and I used Applepay. The wrong address went through. I contacted customer service and they quickly changed the address for me. They were very pleasant. I received the order before the expected ship date. The quality of the zero gravity chair was excellent. I would buy from they again.

Alphamart is Horrible!! I ordered patio furniture from them a month ago. this was an in stock item. after two weeks from not hearing from them and trying to contact someone from Alphamart, they send me an email stating its on its way. i call fed ex and they claim they never picked up the item. i canceled my order by email several times. then they send me a new Fed Ex tracker saying its on its way. costumer service is horrible! no return calls or emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALPHAMART!!

So - I never write reviews...that's first. I was reading the other reviews on here and was quite nervous after I placed my order with AM. Here is my experience though: 1) The customer service is really great; however, responses will always come somewhere around the midnight MST timeframe...so just know that going in. 2) Shipping was 'ehhhh'...I ordered my item on 06/03/20 and the last box of it will arrive on 06/23/2020..it took a while to get tracking, etc. This was the reason for the 1 star deduction. 3) I have not yet received the product but I will update after it comes and verify that all parts were included and the quality was what I was expecting. UPDATE: Everything arrived and I put together. It looks great and is great quality. Thank you AlphaMarts

Placed an order for "in stock chairs" 11 days ago, charged my card, assigned FedEx tracking and nothing else has happened. Chairs have not moved, FedEx does not have them yet. Keep getting same lame response to be patient with no additional detail as to whether or when they will move or when they wil be delivered.

Best customer service. I accidentally ordered a red umbrella but needed a bbiege. Customer service was in constant contact with me, even through text to ensure they help me fix MY mistake!! Who does that? Alphamart!!!

This company is shady and almost impossible to work with. Even with an allowance for longer delivery times due to Covid-19, I waited 14 days before cancelling my order. The item was still sitting at their facility...FedEx confirmed to me that they had not yet picked it up. Despite Alphamart's website telling me they had 24/7 customer service, 4 days went by before they emailed me to tell me my order was on the way. I attempted to stop the shipment, but FedEx would only cancel it at Alphamarts request. I then asked Alphamarts to halt the shipment and they told me they were not going to try to find my item on the truck! As it stands now, I have to wait until FedEx brings my order, refuse the delivery and then wait for my refund. They have had my money for 19 days. The item is supposed to arrive 5 days from now. By the time I send it back and wait for my money back, they will have had my money for a month and a half! Do not do business with this company!

Horrible!! Ordered chairs on 4/26/20 of “in stock” item. Promised delivery date of 5/1-5/6. As of 5/13/20 they cannot tell when my chairs will be delivered only that they have been shipped! I only get a response by email once a day and that usually comes in the middle of the night. They are blaming Fed Ex, but ultimately they promised the date and have not delivered. I understand with COVID19 that delivery times could be altered, but no updates and communication limited to 1 email response each night is unacceptable. I have provided my phone number each time and asked for a call back with no response. I ordered through Amazon and to this day for the same chairs, it say they would arrive in 8 days which is false advertising!! I would recommend you looking elsewhere for furniture unless you have plenty of time to wait without any updates. I plan to refuse the shipment when it finally arrives as I have found suitable chairs that are scheduled for delivery to me today 5/12/20

soft & cozy but even with the ties the blanket moves around a lot inside
