I love this set.. food doesn’t stick and easy to clean.

Terrible customer service. Did not ship the order even after 10 days of placing the order and customer service kept on providing one excuse after another. Will never do business with this company again. They are based in China and US customer service person sends all your queries to China customer service person who then responds with meaningless information next day. Terrible Terrible,

Customer Service was excellent! I ordered on Sunday evening. On Monday morning FaceBook ad offered a discount code. Contacted AlphaMarts and by the end of the day they responded and credited my account the difference. Excellent! Product was easy to put together and fits our decor nicely.

Product, wide zero chair.. okay BUT NOT FOR ME. would be for heavy set person with strong hands/wrists to operate the locks. Seat depth is front to back is only for very large person. Operation of chair is either sit or recline unless use LOCKS AT ANY INTERVAL..VERY INCONVENIENT.. Have tried 3+ emails to receive RETURN ADDRESS as do not want it.. but they keep trying to pacify the situation even trying to get me to send " photos,, FOR WHAT, for Pete sake?? JUST SEND ME THE BLASTED RETURN ADDRESS so can get it to UPS !!! Am contacting my credit car company to get HELP at this point. ! I'm 90 yrs old & they have caused me Way too much stress!!

My curtain order came quickly and the quality is amazing (Sophia and Williams Blackout curtains)! A few days later a second set of curtains arrived and I contacted customer service. The email exchange was very pleasant and after asking if I would like to purchase the additional set at a greatly discounted price (I have no other windows or need) they sent a very nice note gifting the additional set to me. I was very impressed with the way it was handled and would gladly do business with them again.

Pillow covers arrived as scheduled and as described! Very nice and high quality! Several compliments received since putting them out on the furniture! Great price, as well! Thank you!
