I purchased a large umbrella at the end of the summer season, opened it 2 times and it was fabulous...when I went to open it for the next summer season it broke, I thought I might be out of luck since I had purchased it several months prior but Alphamarts customer service said no problem we will send a replacement, thank you Alphamarts

I bought a bench and it had lost a slat in delivery. I contacted Farrah and she said she would take of it. I received a whole new bench. Customer service was great!

The chairs are very nice, heavy duty. The finish is a little rough in spots - needs touchup paint to keep them from corroding. Our initial sets were packed very poorly and were damaged, but the company very quickly sent replacements. Overall very pleased with the value.

Went to use a beach chair and broke first use, had been over a year due to COVID restrictions, but customer service had fear of getting fired if they tried to help us, despite a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Very disappointed.

One of our chairs had a tear in the backing and crooked part in the seat which made it difficult to assemble. I worked with Customer Service and they were fantastic. So helpful. Very happy with them and the product.

Ordered the extra large, 3 cooking grates grill, all 3 grates were damaged and was also missing a nut. They offered to replace and or compensate with a coupon to use on their website, they did both! It took a week+ to receive the cooking grates, and all 3 grates are in excellent condition! Very attentive customer service!:)

I ordered & received 2 complete sets, tables & 6 chairs each. One chair in each set was bad and 1 table. After letting company know, they offered to replace the 2 chairs and table. And did. Took some time but we now have our 2 sets out by the pool. And they are great.
