The edge of the tabletop was dented sometime before or during shipment. I worked with the seller by providing information and photos of the damage. They promptly responded with options for resolution including the option to receive a new tabletop. I choose to receive a new tabletop and it arrived in a couple of days in perfect condition. Service was excellent.

We purchased deck chairs from Home Depot but one was missing parts. I contacted the store, they directed me to the brand name who then directed me to Alphamarts.com. We ordered a Phi Villa patio table and six chairs through Home Depot. The table arrived promptly but the chairs didn't arrive until a week later. We hired someone to assemble and discovered that two of the chairs had mislabeled parts and could not be assembled. We contacted Alpha Mart and spent the next several weeks trying to get the correct parts. The response was very poor but the parts finally arrived. It was a very frustrating experience. There was no one to call and we had to rely on emails and texts that didn't get responded to quickly. Even Home Depot was unable to help. Hopefully the table and chairs will be worth all of the hassle we went through.

I love my Alphamarts products. I've ordered several times from Alphamarts. This last time, one of the chairs I received had a damaged leg. I contacted the Alphamarts team and they immediately sent me a replacement let. I greatly appreciate them and their quick response. They kept me informed during the entire process.

I cannot say enough about this company and it's products. We had purchased a dining set for our pool. I put the chairs together (easy) went to put the table together and found it had been damaged. I immediately sent an E mail to the company. I got a response that day and I had a new table in 5 days. Customer service is top notch!! Already looking to purchase additional chairs. Highly recommend!!!
