I bought the set of six patio chairs. On one of six chairs, the T-bar appeared to have been made in a way that the bolts to the bottom of the chair didn't line up during assembly. I wrote an email to Alpha Mart and within a few hours I had a reply with a link to a YouTube video that showed how to adjust the T-bar so that it fit. I got great customer service...and the chairs look really nice and are very comfortable.

My issue is with customer service. The phone number provided does not work (busy signal then disconnects). I e-mailed and did get a response, but 13 messages later there was still no resolution. I think there might have been a language barrier.

Fedex had destroyed a lot of the pieces I had received. Alphamarts worked with me to get replacements and were very friendly. I was very impressed with the customer service and would purchase from them again

Product is well made,durable. Very happy with my purchase. Was notified of day of shipment,tracking number and day of delivery . Very professional.

Horrendous experience with customer service that ignores what you say. I received half of the sofa and the half I received was used they were refusing to pick it up and issue a call tag unless I write them an entire novel about it. At this point I've just called Visa and I will dispute the charge. Thank goodness today is trash day so they can take the pieces that I did receive
