Great customer service. Bought 8 chairs, very comfortable, but upon opening the 1st box the fastner package had been torn open in delv and missing some of the fastners. I emailed the company and after confirming what I needed sent me a whole new faster pack. No hassle and quick. Thank you

Patio set with firepit We bought this for a Shrine Fund Raiser. Had a bit of a situation with one chair not being square on the floor after assembled. Emailed customer service and they promptly provided a video link showing how to correct the issue. Very pleased overall with the product and the customer service.

We bought 2 patio recliners, shipping was super fast and the assembly was a breeze. 1 of the cushions had some fading so I sent an email and the response was immediate and satisfying with a replacement cushion. Customer service was a delight to deal with. The chairs are super comfortable and my son has ordered some for his house as well👍

Bought seven piece patio set. Table had a broken part but their customer service team sent out new items within a few days! All good now. Quality looks good. The only concern is with the small plastic floor protectors on bottom of chairs. Several have already snapped off. They provided replacements but I think this will be an ongoing issue.
