I purchased an outdoor dining set and it was missing a package of screws. I contacted the number listed in the manual and explained the problem. They were very prompt in replacing the missing screw package. Thanks for the fast and friendly service!

Hello All: We ordered the 5 piece set through overstock.com. The order arrived however there was a piece missing and some damage to the set. I reached out to their customer service department and the issues was resolved. Things happen as it was shipped all the way from CA.
