I ordered a hammock for my mother and we realized it was missing a part, I wrote to the company not expecting to hear back, and they not only responded- but sent me the replacement part for free! We now use this l the time at camp. My kiddos often sleep in it by the fire. Highly recommend this company!

The product quality is very good but the customer service is outstanding. I needed a left side arm rest on the patio chair (since the package came with two right sided arm rests). Very quickly a new set of arm rests were sent my way. I’m very impressed with this company and much more with their prompt and helpful customer service.

We bought one of their fire pits through Amazon. Was very easy for an older woman to assemble. The only problem was putting the propane tank in. The manufacturer sent a uTube video which made it very easy to put the tank in. Love the fire pit. Cherre

Bought one of their oversized camping chairs from Amazon and it’s very comfortable, well made and great value for money. Sadly I had an issue with the carry case the chair came in. Contacted Alphamarts who responded promptly with the perfect resolution. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Received 3 x camping chairs, all were in excellent condition however one of the bags ripped as we put the chair away for the first time. Contacted Alphamarts and they gave me the option for a replacement chair straight away, or a replacement bag that would take a bit longer as would need to be made. We opted for the new bag only, great communication from the company, bag was received when promised. I'd definitely buy from this company again.

My table and chairs arrived ahead of schedule and I was pleased with them. Unfortunately One of the holes for a fixing nut was defective on one chair. Contacted Alphamarts who offered to send me another pack of two chairs and for me to pay an additional £55 for the additional chair OR refund me £55 for the defective chair. I chose the latter as I could do a workaround for the fixing bolt and I didn't need the extra chair. Possibly they should have sent the two chair pack for free but I kind of got where they were coming from and the refund came really quickly. Very pleaeed with the look and quality overall

Excellent customer service. We ordered patio furniture which is great, however the coffee table glass top had a scratch which we attempted to clean to see if it would come off, unfortunately the scratch remains. We reported and sent a photo of the scratch and agreed to a refund to allow us to source another piece of glass locally, this was because the glass would be sent from America and would risk damage in transit. Great service

I ordered the 7 piece rattan dinning set and it arrived earlier than expected. It was fairly easy for me to put together and it is beautiful. It's sturdy and very attractive. I'm a 77 yo lady and it was easy enough for me to put the set together all by myself. I did get my 12 yo granddaughter to hold the table top in place so I could put the screws in it. The set included the hex screwdriver so there wasn't any question of what tool was needed. I am totally satisfied and would recommend this for anyone wanting a nice outdoor dining table with six chairs.
