Item arrived damaged. They replaced it quickly and now I’m very satisfied

We purchased a lot of new outdoor furniture. Some of the packages were delivered damaged. When I called, the number kept coming up busy, however, when I sent an email, I got a vey quick response. After a few more email exchanges, my replacements were delivered to my door.

WOW! I normally don't write reviews, but I just have to comment on their exceptional response to an issue I had with a camping chair. They immediately shipped a new one out! What an amazing company that stands by their products!!! Incredibly blown away by their customer service!!!!

Fire table arrived quicker than expected, thats good. Table parts are labeled so following the instructions was easy, assembly took less than 2 hours. Hardware pack only has 1 bolt to attach control panel, unfortunely it needs 2. Company FedExed a new pack in 2 days, excellent response. Fire pit was exactly what we expected and we enjoy it on cool evenings.

VERY happy with how this company handled an order that was incomplete. They corrected the issue quickly which showed me they are dependable and honest. Would not hesitate to order from them again in the future.

I had ordered a camping chair. Within a couple months one of the arms to the chair started to rip. I contacted support and they were beyond helpful and nice. They sent me a new chair and it arrived within a couple of days. It's very refreshing to have great company's still!

I had ordered three counter chairs and one of them came defective. I have contacted the company to see if they could replace it. They did in such a professional and efficient manner I was so pleased.

I ordered a patio table set and when it arrived, the tabletop had been broken in the shipping process. I fully expected the process to replace it to be tedious. I took pictures and contacted Alphamarts via email. The response was quick and helpful, and I received my replacement in less than a week. The furniture looks great but I'm even more impressed with how easy the process was when something went wrong.
